West Ocean City Association (WOCA): On June 2, 2009, our Worcester County Commissioners will hold a public hearing before voting on new zoning regulations that will affect us all. The Assateague Coastal Trust, Inc (ACT) has some reservations about the proposed new regulations. They have asked to meet with our WOCA membership to explain their concerns and how they will affect us. So, we will meet with ACT at the Lion's Club on Airport Road at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2009. I hope you'll be there. It may be VERY IMPORTANT!! John M. Maphis
